IndiaMART is an online marketplace to connect buyers with suppliers. It does not provide assurance of product quality on behalf of listed suppliers
However, we provide the buyer with multiple options of suppliers to choose from. We recommend you to connect with multiple suppliers and then choose the most suitable one.

    Are india mart sellers assured…plz tell bcoz i think they will cheat bcoz they are asking for full payment..

    I had bought cashews from India mart supplier he sent good sample before later when I ordered bulk quantity he cheated me by sending very low graded cashews and took all the money now he is not receiving calls p

    I place order dated 28.07.2020 . And I make payment 386750/- . And your maximum time to deliver product is 15 days . But already 40 days over . till I not received my product .
    Why you not attend my call?
    Why you not given delivery my product?
    Why I suffer for your mis communication?
    Why you give advertisement in indiamart , if you unable to give delivery ?
    India mart is very professional site, I use it from last 8 years . But First time I face this type of experience .
    Give me confirmation , are you able to give product or not ..
    I need answer with in working days . after that , I send this problem to my lawyer

    I am purchased EPSON original 664 ink set of 4 bottles from Final Solutions Fort Mumbai,
    On 6th august 2020 I done payment on seller account which is referred by indiamart and he is your certified seller
    and they send me ink, which I was received after 5 days
    They send me ink bottles as per order, but it’s a duplicate ink as I checked it by scanning by EPSON scanner
    I requested him to take return but he didn’t do it till date
    Is this your seller who selling duplicates ink
    Pls do needful action and told to refund my amount
