How do I update my primary email ID?

  • Log into Seller Panel using the OTP you recieve on your registered mobile number, or password.

  • Click on Company Profile
  • Go to Contact Details tab

  • Verify yourself with OTP received on your mobile number.

  • Once verified, ‘Change E-mail’ screen will appear. Enter the new email ID here and save the changes.

  • OTP will be sent to your new email ID. Use this OTP for verification.

  • After successful verification, your primary email ID will be updated.

Note: While updating the primary email ID, if you get the error message ‘E-mail already in use’, please contact us at 9696969696 or write to us at customercare@indiamart.com.

For App Users:

  • Go to menu options.
  • Click on the pen icon on the top right side.
  • In Edit Profile, edit the primary email id.
  • Enter the new email ID here and click on Update button.
  • OTP will be sent to your new email ID. Use this OTP for verification.
  • After successful verification, your primary email ID will be updated.
